How to sign in to VendRisk360, set up multi-factor authentication, and recover access.
Enter your work email and select Continue. Based on your organization's policy you are then either asked for your password, redirected to your company's single sign-on, or (in some environments) signed in directly.
Select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft and complete sign-in with that account. These options appear when your administrator has enabled them for your organization. Your account is matched by the identity your provider confirms, not by email alone, so a first-time link may ask you to confirm your existing password.
If your company uses SAML single sign-on, entering your work email automatically redirects you to your identity provider (for example Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Ping). You complete sign-in there and are returned to VendRisk360. No separate VendRisk360 password is required on this path.
After your password you may be asked for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. To set it up, scan the QR code shown during enrollment with an app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password, then enter the current code to confirm.
Lost your device? Enter one of the recovery codes you saved during setup on the code screen (select "Use a recovery code"). Each recovery code works once. If you have run out of recovery codes, contact your organization's administrator to reset your MFA.
On the password step, select Forgot password? and follow the link sent to your email. If you sign in through Google, Microsoft, or your organization's SSO, you do not have a VendRisk360 password to reset.
Vendors invited to complete a questionnaire sign in through the vendor portal, not this page. If your one-time link or code has expired, request a new one from the portal sign-in screen.
For account access, MFA resets, or SSO configuration, contact your organization's VendRisk360 administrator first. For issues with the platform itself, email support@vendrisk360.com.
